enz® HRV Nozzle 1/2" (03.040) (Rotojet 1.6")
HRV RotoJet Nozzle for Forward Flushing and Coordinated Cleaning
The enz® HRV RotoJet nozzle (1.6") – OEM 03.040 is engineered for forward-directed cleaning where flushing and debris transport need to work together. This rotating sewer nozzle uses a unique jet configuration to loosen, break up, and move material forward through the pipe, making it ideal for specialized flushing applications.
Equipped with four rotating jets angled forward at 45°, the nozzle actively breaks up deposits while pushing debris ahead. The integrated rear thrust jets in the stator generate forward movement, ensuring that propulsion and cleaning remain synchronized throughout operation.
Key Features & Benefits
- 4 rotating jets (45° forward) for breaking up and moving debris
- 3 rear jets provide consistent propulsion and forward travel
- Coordinated jet design ensures efficient cleaning and transport
- Optional front jet capability for additional loosening power
- Durable construction built for demanding environments
- 1/4" NPT – 1/2" compatibility for versatile setup options
Performance Overview
- Designed for 3" to 6" pipe cleaning applications
- Requires a minimum flow of 13 GPM
- Features 4 rotating jets (forward angle) for debris breakup
- Includes 3 rear jets for propulsion
- Rated for pressures up to 5000 PSI
- 1/2" connection for standard jetting setups
Ideal Applications
This pipe cleaning nozzle is ideal for forward-flushing operations:
- Flushing steel pipes after pipe jacking
- Cleaning from house connections to main lines
- Removing ice in shafts and pipe systems
- Transporting debris forward in specialized cleaning scenarios
Why Choose the enz® HRV RotoJet Nozzle?
